As energy prices increase, Utilidex made managing tariffs easier by giving suppliers full control of their tariff and component set-up. You will be able to fully manage your tariffs to accommodate for flex and fixed customers.

With the ability to automate energy rate calculations and create your own calendars and time of use periods, eliminating the time spent on checking your tariffs. Any network and pass-through charges will also be automated, completely removing any manual work in retrieving the data from the DNOs.

Site Wizard

Maximise your customer engagement with an automated site change workflow

Staying up to date with your customer’s site changes is key to ensure you’re billing for the correct periods and your reconciliations are accurate. With the new updates to the Site Wizard, suppliers and customers can work together to improve communication and reduce administrative work.

Customers can add in their own site changes and keep track of what’s pending, and you will be automatically be alerted when your energy customers perform a site change.

Carbon Reporting

Giving customers a single platform to view their year on end carbon reduction just got easier with our updated CRC report. With carbon net zero plans in place for many I&C customers, it’s important to engage your customers and provide a platform for them to understand their consumption, cost and carbon and how they are progressing over-time.

As the customer platform stores all their site and monthly metering details, they will be able to retrieve their Carbon Reduction Commitment report by site, financial year, site type and much more in one single report, which can be automated directly to them.
