New Feature – Automate Energy Management
Users can now view prioritised, actionable savings opportunities all on one page. We have created a new “Hub Overview” which analyses estimated waste across your energy portfolio. The page displays savings opportunities, data quality, summary widgets and sliders for users to manage their portfolio from one section of the system.
For more information see Automate Energy Management
New Feature – Financial and environmental benefits from renewable generation
Customers can now upload and analyse their behind-the-meter generation data in the Energy.Hub. A new analytics dashboard displays generation patterns over time, highlighting environmental and fiscal savings. Users will also be able to analyse investment potential in renewable assets in the Energy Manager page.
For more information see Generation Assets.
Updated Feature – Invoice Customisation and Gas Start & End Reads
Customising your invoices
It’s now much simpler to edit the format, layout and key attributes that make up the Energy.Hub’s invoice generation functionality. We produce PDF invoices in multiple places within the Hub, whether it’s a shadow bill (for Validation), actual bill (for our supply customers) or for generation of invoices from a billing file (.edi/.xls).
Users can now set whether they want to see a detailed view, which includes a breakdown of all charges, or a simplified view where charges are summed and then categorised by type. e.g. DUoS components, Energy components, Renewable components etc. To provide further customisation, there are added colour themes, so you can add your organisations branding, and also an appendix providing simple explanations on any abbreviations of charges in the main body.
Gas Start And End Reads
Improved data clarity and accessibility on your gas consumption. Gathering metering information from the EDI can be arduous and confusing. To provide a better user experience and save time, we can enable all users to see the start & end meter reads to assist in tracking and validating during the billing validation process.
