Accruals

Easily create accruals to accurately forecast your expected energy cost 

As energy cost increases, it’s important to stay on top of budgets and understand what your energy cost will look like in the upcoming year. With the upgraded Accruals, customers can easily generate accruals for power, gas, and water for their entire estate and for specific sites.

With automated data checks, customers can choose to use their current consumption and pricing data to forecast or select a prior period to automate the calculation. Once an accrual is generated, users can view key KPIs displaying their total consumption and total amount or download a detailed report breaking down the cost by each charge type allowing users to dig into the details.

Accounting Integration

Say goodbye to manual intervention and integrate directly with your accounting system

Utilidex can integrate with any accounting system to reduce the time spent sending monthly statements to your Finance team and ensuring all your energy bills are paid on time. On top of statements, customers can send their Accruals directly to their accounting systems.

Customers can configure any statement/payment file with the ability to automate directly to their Finance team or with the option to select which bills should be paid, giving customers the decision to ensure that only what they want to be paid, is paid.

Trading Integration

Integrate with your external trading systems 

Where customers have an energy rate which is derived from trading elements, to accurately calculate the energy rate the system can integrate our trading and billing product to produce the energy rate, eliminating the chance of any human errors when uploading data manually.

Each integration may be unique for our customers, however, customers will be able to benefit from automated capture of trades and avoid any delays in receiving data.
