Capture supplier switching for accurate validation 

Typically energy customers have the opportunity to switch energy suppliers, this can be done on an annual or bi-annual basis. To support this switching, the Energy.Hub has introduced an audit trail to capture current and previous suppliers. Customers can now updates their suppliers in bulk and view a data history of their suppliers start and end dates.

This supplier data history will be added into the validation settings and reports to ensure the system captures the correct supplier and their rates for any historical validation.

User Management

Increased security for your data with new user roles

To strengthen our user management and ensure customer data is continuously secured, we have introduced two new user categories, Product and Customer Administrator.

These two categories give special access to users and ensures large teams handling customer data, only have access to the data they need. All Admin users will benefit from automatically having access to all customers in the system.

As a Product Admin, this role will have access to the whole system and will be able to add and change all users or settings of the system. The Customer Admin role will have access to all customers and will have limited access to add new users.

Analytics Dashboard

Create default dashboards for all your customers

Customers will now have the opportunity to create default dashboards for themselves and their different teams. Admin users will be able to select a specific user role and give access to a customised dashboard, so every time a user logs in they are able to see their data only, at a glance.

With access to consumption and carbon trackers, leaderboards and much more for both gas and electricity, end-users will be able to fully customise their dashboard or create their owned default dashboard, which only affects what they see.
