Utilidex has developed three changes to further support Suppliers in automation and security. Suppliers will be able to automatically send bills and create customised dashboards for their customers while keeping their customer data secured through new user management roles.

Automatically send bills to your customers


Putting ease and automation front and centre, suppliers will be able to automatically send bills right to their customers through the Utilidex platform. Once a bill is created and exported successfully to your accounting system, suppliers will have the ability to send a copy of each bill to the right people.

Suppliers can easily add all relevant contact details to their customer portal and create their own email template with a customised PDF invoice attached.

Easily create default dashboards for customers


Suppliers will have the flexibility to create a customer role and a customised default dashboard, so every time a customer logs in they are prompted directly to a pre-configured dashboard. Customers will only have access to the data they are allowed to see, ensuring they can view their entire portfolio’s consumption, carbon and cost at a glance.

End-users will be able to modify this dashboard or create their owned default dashboard, which only affects what they see. Stay tuned to learn more additional invoicing widgets enabling customers a quick glance of their bills and cost over time.

To strengthen our user management and ensure customer data is secured, we have introduced two new user categories, Product and Customer Administrator. These two categories give special access to users and ensures your different teams handling customer data, only have access to the data they need.

Both new Admin roles will have access to all customers in the system when a new customer is created. The Product Admin role will have access to the whole system and will be able to add/change all users or settings of the system. Whereas the Customer Admin role will have access to all customers and will have limited access to creating new users.
