New Service – Meet ‘My Energy Space’ – a completely customisable platform, where you can share content, best practice, and latest offers.
This month, we are excited to launch My Energy space, which is a brand-new platform, integrated into the Energy.Hub, where customers can share best practice, ideas and help about how to make their energy world easier. All customers of Utilidex will have access to content curated by the energy community. The information can also be linked to existing customer portals, so if it’s just Energy.Hub best practices and quick reference guides required, these can be easily accessed in one place.
For suppliers, TPIs and customers looking to create a completely personalised branded offering, the “My Energy Space” can be completely tailored to your own branding, and content. Please note this may require additional subscriptions, and set-up so please contact your Account Manager for further details:-
The Manage My Energy Space, will have three core areas
- Tips/updates on training, through help, Quick Reference Guides and Videos
- Guest blogs from Energy Experts and Product Managers, on how to make the most of your energy product, as well as handy tips and information on how to save cost, consumption, and carbon in your energy estate

Updated Feature – Personalise your Energy.Hub – make it more you!
Looking to make the Energy.Hub completely personalised to your company and brand? This month, we made several changes, to make the Energy.Hub even more personalised to how you want it.
Through the Company Settings section, you will now be able to change menu colours, font types, header fonts, and logos, so you can completely style the Energy.Hub how you want it.

New Feature Update – Automation
The year 2020, is all about automation, or if you love tech like us “RPA” – Robotic Process Automation. This month we have made several enhancements to the product, to automate a number of common tasks and activities, to save you lots of time, and free you up for more exciting things.
New Feature – Automation of Reporting, and Data Sharing
We know a common task in energy, is to run a report, and then either check the data, or share it with somebody else. This task is common right across all product lines, whether you want to run a regular weekly report on energy data, a monthly MtM Report in Trading, or if you want to schedule an exception report and share it with your metering provider or energy supplier.
There are even cases where you may wish to share data with another system (for instance maybe you want to export meter data out to another platform). To help fully automate all of these jobs, so you don’t have to worry about them anymore, we’ve built a brand-new automation tool, which now forms part of the Automation section on your Energy.Hub.
- You can automate a number of reports and send them out to people via email
- You can automate a number of reports and have them sent to FTP/SFTP also
- You can also run large reports, out of hours, and then have them emailed over to you
