Site Wizard
Better tracking of any site & customer changes within large energy estates
Putting ease and automation front and centre, the Site Wizard has now introduced new updates to improve efficiency and reduce administrative work. End-customers can now log-in right to their portal, view the status of their site changes and any notes or outstanding queries from their admin.
For larger estates, we introduced site additions in bulk to reduce the customers’ time spent with adding in their new sites. Now Admin can reduce their time on approving these changes by receiving an automated alert containing all bulk transfers.
Tariff Manager
Manage complex UK flex tariffs with our upgraded Tariff Manager
As rates become more complex and with the ever increasing need to verify supplier rates, Utilidex made managing tariffs easier by giving our users full control of their tariff and component set-up. Users will be able to create their own calendars and time of use periods, making it easier to add rates that are for specific times or during specific days of the week.
Plus, users will also be able to customise components by building the formulas that make up a specific rate or choose from a wide-range of our component library.

Carbon Reporting
Easily manage and automate carbon reporting with the updated CRC Report
With the new update to the CRC report, users will have access to all their site and carbon related information in one single report bringing carbon reporting at your fingertips or right to your email through automation.
With the addition of specific site information such as site type, site code, GSP area, you will be able to quickly filter the data and benchmark accurately. As well, with the addition of a vertical view users can customise the view to cater to their needs.
